UKDPC National Conference

UKDPC will be holding its National Conference on Monday 14 November 2011 at the Wembley Plaza hotel, Wembley, London.

Bookings for delegate places at the conference will be by telephone or email only. There is no booking form as we will complete the details for you.

If you are making a booking by email then please use the address membership@ukdpc.net and enter in the subject box “Conference Booking”

If you wish to book by telephone then please call 01773 745533. Phone lines are open as follows:

Tues 25th Oct, Weds 26th Oct, Fri 28th Oct, Tues 1st Nov, Weds 2nd Nov, Thurs 3rd Nov & Mon 7th Nov

Lines are open 10.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm
On Mon 7th Nov 10.30am to 1.00pm only and bookings close at 1pm on this date.

Information we need you to provide

  1. Name of Organisation
  2. Contact person
  3. Contact information – daytime phone number and email address
  4. Names of Delegates (we recommend a maximum a maximum of 2 due to limited number of spaces.
  5. If you are bringing PAs then how many
  6. If you need a parking space then vehicle registration number
  7. Any special dietary requirements for each delegate
  8. Your preference for workshops 1 to 4
